לימוד מתורותיו של ר' יהודה אריה לייב אלתר (1847-1905) בעל ה"שפת אמת" על פרשת השבוע.

התקשרות הארת הנשמה להגוף. דכתיב יאר ה' פניו אליך ויחונך. ובכל שבת יש מהארת פני ה' וזה שכתבו חז"ל (בראשית רבה יא, ב) "אין דומה מאור פניו של אדם בשבת לימות החול". ומהארת פנים הנ"ל בא החן שנקרא נועם ה' כמו שכתוב  "ויחונך" כנ"ל: (שפת אמת וישלח תרמ"ו)
